The net effect of the Federal Government Carbon Tax and the Rebate Payments coming to Nova Scotians will soon become evident. There does not seem to be an effective way to reduce GHG emissions without putting a price on carbon that will have the emitters pay and hopefully reduce emissions and reduce that cost.
